My name is Gauraw, and I am the Vice President of Technology at JP Morgan Chase. I'm here at Amrita University's Amrita Puri campus for my convocation after completing my Master's in Online MCA AI ML. Juggling a demanding career and family life, especially in my early 40s, requires a team effort.  The Amrita online curriculum was a key factor; its international standard is comparable to a Master's program from Stanford. This similarity in curriculum quality was a major reason I chose this program. It has fortified my skills, and I am proud of this accomplishment. I believe that upgrading one's education is crucial for leaders, and I highly recommend it.

As a working professional in Human Resource, an online MBA degree is vital. Amrita Online has given me a very flexible learning platform with my schedule as a working professional. The online courses are crafted to impart managerial skills and develop interpersonal skills necessary for growth. We are exposed to current industry and market scenarios through webinars and online courses. When I relate my experience and the amount of exposure I received through my regular Bachelor's course, this Online Learning Program has given me a similar experience. 

I graduated  from my Amrita Online  Bachelor's in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, without taking any time off from my job. During my final semester, I got an opportunity to do an exchange program in New Mexico, United States through Amrita. opportunity to visit a couple of companies to understand how an industry works. On top of that, I got an opportunity to do an internship with State Farm as part of academic training. I would encourage everyone who is looking to take up this opportunity with the program.  

As an electrical engineer, I started my own company in 2020. With no business background, I struggled with management. Amrita Online's BBA program provided the perfect solution. The online format gave me the flexibility to learn at my own pace, which was essential as my company grew. The constant motivation and support from the coordinators were invaluable, helping me stay on track even when I was busy. I'm a working professional who completed my M.Com from Amrita Online. As an auditor in EY, I was a bit apprehensive about managing my studies with my job. I'm proud to say I've completed my degree and even earned a silver medal. Now, I'm excited to continue learning and growing in my career.
