Nithya Sree, Online MBA

Hi, this is Nityashree from Amrita Online. I am currently completing my final year and will graduate in January. I am a working professional, and I am working in the field of HR. My bachelor’s is in engineering, and I joined HR right away after my engineering. So, I did not have a very management- or administration-oriented base.

I have been in HR for almost a year, and I felt the need to do an MBA course. I started searching for some of the best universities in the country, and I came across Amrita, which is the 7th best university. I did not want to leave my career, so Amrita started with the Amrita Online program, which was completely online. This new approach allowed me to easily balance my career and academics.

I got this platform, and my one-to two-year journey with Amrita has been very smooth. My career was also on the right track, and my academics were also on the right track, without compromising on the number of things I learned in these two years.

Coming to my faculties and the teaching assistants, they were very helpful with all the necessary information and aids I needed at the right time. I also got practical-level exposure with the course, which helped me understand what I am doing in my own career. It helped me establish what I want to be, and I just made sure that I chose the right path. I am doing HR with an MBA now, and I am proud of the decision I made.
