Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to create and improve videos for our online courses, working with the team to produce engaging educational content.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for online courses and educational materials as per format of Amrita Online.
- Collaborate with the audio-visual team to understand project requirements and objectives. Video enhancement/upliftment as required
- Cut and arrange footage, add transitions, text overlays, graphics, and animations to enhance visual appeal and educational value.
- Ensure video content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel.
- Incorporate feedback from instructors and stakeholders to refine and improve video content.
- Manage and organize video assets, maintaining an efficient workflow and file structure.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques and software to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prepare updates and consolidated reports on the course progress and highlight the touch points to be discussed in the Tuesday weekly ahead program review meeting.
- Document the tasks to maintain records for the purpose of audit inspections and evaluations
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

As Admissions Counsellor at Amrita Online you’ll play a vital role in attracting and guiding talented
individuals towards achieving their academic goals in Online courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Calling and following up all Amrita Online leads assigned and achieving monthly targets given • Help students to upload documents and coordinate for scholarship verification
- Counsel prospective students through a consultative dialogue, addressing their concerns and effectively communicating the unique advantages of Amrita Online.
- Respond to Amrita Online admission inquiries promptly and accurately, providing detailed information about our programs and admission requirements.
- Assist with direct mail, phone, and email follow-up to maintain regular communication with student prospects and applicants, guiding them through the enrolment process.
- Demonstrate a willingness to travel as needed for events, college fairs, and other outreach activities, representing Amrita Online and engaging with potential students/partners.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development Support: Exploring, reviewing, and identifying learning resources for curation & modifying them according to the course and instructor’s requirements.
2. Video Creation and Editing-: Assist instructors in video creation and editing for making different video formats or editing video
3. Managing Learning Management Systems (LMS): Assistance in various tasks, such as organizing and uploading resources, managing discussion forums or keeping track of student participation.
