UGC-NET-qualified postgraduate in Management with a strong foundation in teaching, research, and HR operations. She has been part of an ICSSR-sponsored research project, where she gained hands-on experience in empirical analysis,  data interpretation, and academic report writing. Her academic interests include Organizational Behaviour, Consumer Behaviour, Human Resource Management, and Employee Mental Well-being. She is deeply committed to bridging research and practice to enhance the quality and relevance of management education.
