Dr. Lekha H

Dr. Lekha H is an accomplished academician with over 25 years of experience in management education. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and a Post-Graduation in Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. A four-time recipient of the Adi Shankara Best Teacher Award, she has demonstrated consistent excellence in teaching and academic leadership. Author of “Talent Management Practices for Generation Y Teachers” (2020), she has also published extensively in Scopus-indexed, international, and national journals. Her key areas of interest include Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Talent Management, and Compensation Management.
